💃✨ Dandiya Night Celebration at Colonels Academy, Katihar ✨💃
The festive spirit of Navratri came alive at Colonels Academy, Katihar, during the grand Dandiya Night Celebration held on 26th September 2025. The campus buzzed with music, rhythm, and joy as students, parents, and teachers came together to celebrate this vibrant cultural evening.
The event was graced by our Chief Guest, Mrs. Nibedita Narah, wife of the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Katihar, whose presence made the evening even more special.
With more than tree hundred enthusiastic participants, the event turned into a beautiful display of colors, energy, and togetherness. Families and siblings joined in to share the festive joy, creating a truly community-oriented celebration.
Adding to the excitement were food and game stalls, which offered a delightful experience for all attendees. The aroma of festive snacks and the thrill of fun games kept the atmosphere lively throughout the evening.
The highlight of the celebration was a spectacular cultural programme that showcased:
- The Nine Forms of Maa Durga, symbolizing strength, devotion, and divinity.
- A graceful ramp walk, reflecting elegance and confidence.
- Vibrant dance performances, representing diverse Indian traditions and rhythmic unity.
The evening concluded with the entire ground shimmering with twirling Dandiya sticks and smiling faces — a perfect blend of culture, celebration, and togetherness that truly captured the spirit of Navratri.
