Admission Process
The admission process at Colonels Academy is designed to be simple, systematic, and transparent.
Step 1: Enquiry and Registration
Parents can obtain the Registration Form and Prospectus from the school office . A registration fee Rs 100(non-refundable) is applicable at this stage
(Registration does not guarantee admission; it reserves a seat for the entrance process.)
Step 2: Entrance Assessment / Interaction
- For UKG – Informal student interaction and parental discussion.
- Class I-III: Written assessment
- For Class IV – VIII: Written assessment in English, Mathematics, and Hindi
- For Class IX – XI: Admission based on Test and academic record.
The purpose of the entrance test is to assess aptitude and readiness for the school’s academic environment.
Step 3: Result and Admission Confirmation
After successful assessment:
- A list of selected students is displayed on the school notice board and website.
- Parents receive an admission confirmation letter along with the fee payment schedule and document checklist.
Admission is confirmed only after the completion of all formalities and payment of the first installment.
Documents Required for Admission
Parents must submit the following documents at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Authority)
- Transfer Certificate (Original – for Class II onwards)
- Progress Report of Previous School
- Aadhaar Card of Student and Parents
- Passport-size Photographs – 4 copies of student, 2 copies of parents
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Migration Certificate (for Class XI, if applicable)
All documents must be verified and attested before submission.
Fee Details
The Fee Structure for the academic session 2025–26 is available at the school office and on the official website.
Separate fee schedules apply for:
- Day Scholars
- Hostel Students
- Transport Facility Users
Parents may pay fees monthly, quarterly, or annually through digital or offline modes.

Hostel Admission
Students opting for hostel accommodation can apply simultaneously during admission.
The hostel provides:

- 24×7 supervision
- Healthy meals at the Verghese Kurien Mess
- Daily academic support and recreational activities
Admission to the hostel is subject to seat availability and satisfactory discipline record.
