At Colonels Academy, Katihar, communication is considered a cornerstone of leadership.
To nurture this skill among students, the school has established the Colians Announcement Panel(CAP) — a dynamic panel of trained student anchors who host and manage announcements during all major school events and programmes.

The Colians Announcement Panel (CAP) is a student-led council that functions as the official voice of the Academy.
Members of CAP serve as anchors, presenters, and announcers for school assemblies, cultural events, competitions, sports meets, SPICMACAY programmes, and special celebrations.

Through CAP, Colonels Academy aims to give every student the chance to develop articulation, stage presence, and leadership qualities in a disciplined and supportive environment.

Objectives of CAP

The CAP Council was founded with the vision of making every student a confident public speaker and poised presenter.
